SHIPPING POLICY
Orders take no longer than 1 in a half weeks to be processed. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Every order will receive a tracking # so our customer can feel secure & able to track their amazing new pieces!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
TO THE KILL does not accept returns/refunds. But we will accept exchanges within 14 days after you received an item. If the item did not fit or didn't meet your standards please feel free to email us and we'd be glad to help you!
Please make sure to contact us before you ship back an item. The reason we need you to contact us first is to make sure we have all the right information before you ship anything back. We'll accept it depending on the reason before 14 days after it was received. TO THE KILL is not responsible for lost items in the mail if you did not contact us first.
